Role Overview

The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across our business audience. You'll collaborate with sales, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns, events, and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, webinars, content, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
  • Own and optimize the marketing funnel - from awareness to conversion - using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive revenue.
  • Manage events, trade shows, and speaking engagements-including coordination, branding, and lead tracking.
  • Lead content strategy for B2B audiences: whitepapers, case studies, industry reports, and sales enablement materials.
  • Oversee website content and digital presence to ensure messaging consistency and SEO performance.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance (ROl, engagement, lead quality, etc.) and continuously improve based on results.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, media partners, and agencies where required.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to keep our marketing relevant and competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record in developing successful lead generation campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM platforms, etc.)
  • Experience managing events and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
