  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Full job description WE'RE HIRING: Payroll Specialist Location: Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur Industry: Oil & Gas (Shared Services) Working Hours: Mon–Fri | 6.30am–3.30pm (flexible start based on buddy schedule) Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) Contract: Until 31 Dec 2025 (via PERSOLKELLY) Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,500 (based on experience & qualifications) What You’ll Do: Manage third-party payroll vendor and resolve payroll issues Support Reward & Tax teams with compensation/benefits updates Draft and manage employee payroll communications Ensure payroll Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is up-to-date and tested Conduct nnual tax reviews Handle compliance, internal controls & audits Oversee team operations & provide day-to-day guidance Recommend and implement process improvements Who We’re Looking For: Degree in HR or related field Min. 2 years experience in regional payroll (Australia payroll experience is a big plus!) Strong knowledge of statutory requirements & effective HR processes Able to start at 6.30am to qualify for shift/travel allowance Comfortable supporting the Australia region Must be open to working on selected Malaysia PHs (replacement leave provided) HOW TO APPLY?
