
LIAISON OFFICER - Foreign Worker Management
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in foreign worker management or a similar liaison role.
- Familiarity with FWCMS, ePLKS, and other related systems.
- Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and immigration procedures.
- High integrity and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Government Liaison
Coordinate with government departments such as Immigration for matters relating to foreign worker quotas, permit applications, renewals, and approvals.
Ensure full compliance with Malaysian laws and regulations on foreign labor.
2. Internal Stakeholder Support
Work with HR and Operations to manage the deployment, onboarding, housing, and welfare of foreign workers.
Maintain accurate records and databases of foreign workers (e.g., permit expiry dates, passport info, contracts).
3. Compliance & Documentation
Prepare, review, and submit relevant forms, letters, and applications to government departments.
Ensure documentation is accurate, updated, and safely stored.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
