Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Training Lead to oversee the training strategy and execution for a Workday implementation. The Training Lead will partner closely with functional teams to understand end-user needs and design tailored learning experiences. This role will also utilize Accenture’s training accelerators, templates, and methodologies to drive consistency, speed, and quality across all training activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with functional teams to assess training needs and define the persona-based learning strategy.

Develop and manage the overall training plan, leveraging Accenture tools and pre-built assets where applicable.

Coordinate the creation and delivery of training content (e.g., job aids, eLearning, instructor-led training, recordings).

Align training rollout with change milestones, communications, and testing cycles.

Support the deployment of training through various formats—virtual, in-person, self-paced, and blended learning.

Lead train-the-trainer sessions and support the enablement of local trainers or champions.

Gather training feedback, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve based on learner needs

Required Qualifications:

2-3years experience in training, L&D, or enablement, preferably in ERP or Workday projects.

Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to design training aligned with process changes.

Strong instructional design and facilitation skills; experience with LMS tools and eLearning design is a plus.

Familiarity with Accenture's training assets, methodologies, or change enablement models is highly valued.

Excellent planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
