  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
  • Utilize tools like REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and Orchestration for seamless data exchange.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure integrations align with ServiceNow best practices, security policies, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.

*Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and API management.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, XML, and JSON.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow’s core modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.) and their integration points.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
