Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers and key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Provide post-sale support to customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and AS400.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to track sales performance and market trends.
