Responsibilities:
- Accept and verify all returned goods from retail outlets or customers.
- Cross-check return documentation (e.g., return notes, invoices) with physical items.
- Inspect returned items for damage, expiration, and compliance with return policies.
- Identify and segregate saleable, damaged, or expired products.
- Ensure proper handling of cold chain or controlled items (e.g., poisons, scheduled drugs).
- Record all returns accurately in the inventory management system.
- Label and update stock status (e.g., return to supplier, write-off, restock).
- Report discrepancies or irregular returns to the supervisor.
- Liaise with retail outlets, suppliers, and inventory teams for return authorizations and follow-ups.
- Prepare documentation for supplier returns and coordinate dispatch.
- Assist in maintaining updated and accurate records of all returned stock.
- Ensure returned items are stored properly in designated return areas.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Experience in warehouse or inventory handling preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency.
- Willing to work in Puchong Perdana.
