Job Description

· Preparation of monthly full set management accounts for SPV companies;

· Ensuring the accuracy of data input to the accounting system and compliance with accounting standards;

· Monitoring accounts payables for all the SPV companies;

· Develop and maintain a proper filing system;

· Liaison with the auditor and tax agent during the year-end audit;

· Assisting in year-end budget preparation for the SPV companies;

· Oversee and review the posting done by the accounts assistant;

· Any other finance or ad-hoc matters assigned by the superior or Management from time to time.

This position is reporting to the Assistant Account Manager / Account Manager while expected to provide guidance to the account assistance. Ability to self-manage own work and at the same time to overseeing subordinate’s performance is crucial to ensure alignment of works and maximise the department efficiency & effectiveness. Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Accounting (Preferred)

· Min 1-2 years of working experience in relevant field.

· Able to handle tight timeline

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· Knowing Autocount software, and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.

· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision with team work spirit.
