Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and record keeping.
  • Handle calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for the management team.
  • Maintain an organized office environment and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to travel internally and externally (meetings, events, errands) as required.
  • Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles is an advantage.
