Job Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and record keeping.
- Handle calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for the management team.
- Maintain an organized office environment and manage office supplies inventory.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- Ensure office cleanliness and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to travel internally and externally (meetings, events, errands) as required.
- Prior experience in administrative or secretarial roles is an advantage.
