JOB SUMARRY:

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s IT operations, infrastructure, team performance, and systems security. This role is essential in supporting current business operations and future digital transformation, including the integration of a new ERP system (currently under assessment). The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and technical capabilities, with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration, project execution, and team development in line with ISO standards and organizational goals.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

· Lead, supervise, and develop the IT team to ensure reliable support across the company.

· Promote teamwork and a collaborative culture within the IT department.

· Plan and implement training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

· Monitor and evaluate team productivity, individual performance, and task completion.

· Ensure that all assigned IT projects and departmental tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business expectations.

· Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, hardware, and software.

· Play an active role in the implementation and integration of a new ERP system (currently under assessment).

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems support business operations and improvement initiatives.

· Drive continuous improvement in IT-related policies, protocols, SOPs, and system documentation.

· Ensure alignment and compliance with relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 9001) and other regulatory requirements.

· Lead IT project management activities including planning, timeline control, resource allocation, and reporting.

· Support the evaluation and integration of CRM platforms and other digital tools.

· Oversee IT asset management, licensing, procurement, vendor relations, and contract management.

· Ensure strong data protection, business continuity measures, and minimal system downtime.

JOB REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

· Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, and deadline adherence.

· Proven experience in team leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching.

· In-depth understanding of ERP systems, system integration, and IT infrastructure in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

· Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 27001, 9001) and regulatory compliance requirements.

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, cybersecurity best practices, and documentation standards.

· Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience with CRM tools and automation platforms is an added advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
