,Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle private & confidential matters, general correspondence, arrange appointments, travel arrangements/visa, and coordinate business schedules and itineraries.
- Attend and write Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
- Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
- Prepare documents, briefings, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Respond to telephone enquiries and emails on behalf of the boss.
- Assist & manage the employees' performance evaluation form Q3, Q4 compiling KPI.
- Assist in the recruitment & selection interviews, calling & attending arrangement review.
- Monitoring staff’s attendance, leave records and overall staff personnel files, ensuring all information is properly kept strictly confidential.
- Assists with all HR documentation and administration such as employment confirmation, promotion, warning, and termination letters, and personnel documents filing daily.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess in SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Professional, or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Build a positive working relationship with colleagues
- Strong communication skills in written words
- Teamwork, detail orientation and good organizing skills.
