ROLE: Customer Service Executive

Bandar Medini, Nusa Jaya, a fast-developing city that offers a variety of
opportunities
(FREE shuttle bus service provided – Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah,
Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Height, City Square)
JOB SCOPE:
Handling inbound calls/emails/livechat regarding customer's general
enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the
company's products.
Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues,
Grab orders, Grab Apps, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
Minimum SPM (BM & SEJARAH must pass)
Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full
Training Provided
ID not active under Grab Acc (Rider or Driver)
SALARY PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: RM1,900
KPI/Attendance allowance: up to RM400
Shift Allowance: up to RM300
Salary: Up to RM 2,600 per month (including allowances)
WORKING HOURS:
Rotational shift 24/7
9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
6 working days a week with 1 day off (depending on scheduled shifts)
JOB TYPE:
Contract (24 months)
Training provided (1 month)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
