  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Kulai, Johar Malaysia

  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Diagnose and resolve issues across Ethernet, fiber, and wireless networks. Optimize network performance through regular maintenance and configuration adjustments.
  • Installation and System Upgrades [MJ1]: Deploy and configure a variety of network equipment, including but not limited to routers, switches, WAPs (Wireless Access Points), and ensure their compatibility within ethernet, fiber and wireless frameworks.
  • Comprehensive Cabling Solutions: Execute expert installation, management, and troubleshooting of cabling infrastructures, including copper for Ethernet networks and fiber optics for high-speed connections, ensuring optimal network performance and reliability.
  • Wireless Network Expertise: Implement and manage wireless networking solutions, including the setup of WAPs, ensuring secure and efficient wireless connectivity across data centers.
  • Documentation and Process Improvement: Support documentation of network setups, configurations, and optimizations. Continually assess and recommend improvements to network install area, cabling, and other infrastructure setup.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with NOC and network engineering teams to troubleshoot, deploy and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a data center technician role or similar, with a portfolio showcasing previous projects.
  • CCNA or equivalent network certification.
  • Own set of tools including a laptop, hotspot, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Basic computer skills with the ability to provide IT support and troubleshoot network issues.
  • Familiarity with data center environments and in-depth knowledge of servers and network equipment.
  • Proven ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and communicate effectively with staff and clients.
  • Flexible availability, including willingness to respond to issues after hours as needed.
  • Must possess exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to document network processes and maintain detailed event logs.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,500.00 per month
