JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and provide exceptional support across various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping customers resolve issues and have a great experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Work with other departments to resolve issues efficiently
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using computers and customer support software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of patience, empathy, and attention to detail

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
