Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sort and Dispatch Mail: Organize incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries for the correct destinations.
- Report Issues: Communicate any delivery delays, missing items, or problems to the dispatch office.
- Special Deliveries: Prioritize and deliver urgent or time-sensitive items as needed.
- Collect Printing Items from Vendor: Pick up printed materials, documents, and other items from designated vendors as required.
- Deposit Cheques: Collect cheques from relevant departments or units and deposit them to the university's designated bank account.
- Handle TT Forms: Assist with the processing and submission of Telegraphic
Transfer (TT) forms, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Any Other Tasks Assigned: Perform additional tasks related to university operations as requested by supervisors.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
