JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Recruit, train and develop NCS/UCD Business Managers
- Motivate and coach Business Managers to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume and profit goals
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies
- Ensure effective pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sales
- Establish and maintain good relationships with new /used car dealers and participate in their events
- Resolve customers complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor and improve the sales process to enhance the customer experience
- Monitor sales performance from both NCS/UCD Business Managers and team sales targets
- Continue to look for new prospects and maintain the ongoing growth and satisfaction of our existing customer base
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Take necessary actions to address underperforming staff
- Ensure all sales transactions and paperwork comply with legal and dealership standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and guidelines
- Ad hoc assignment are assigned by the direct superior/management team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Have 3 years working experience in Sales (preferably in the automotive industry)
- Proved a good sales record from a previous automotive company
- Be able to lead and guide your team to achieve a minimal target for the appointed branch.
- Can communicate in English, & Bahasa Malaysia (preferable Mandarin Speaker)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
