Your Role in the Kitchen
- Assist in basic food preparation and cooking tasks as directed by senior chefs.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared and portioned according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Help with setting up and cleaning down kitchen stations before and after service.
- Support the team in organizing storage areas and minimizing food wastage.
- Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.
- Stay eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative to grow in your culinary journey.
