Descriptions
Ensures training quality and delivery within the company is adequate, with primary responsibility on working out and running specific internal training courses for KDN teams. Learning & Development is key for us in motivating and engaging our people and ensuring we have trained people who provide the best quality for our customers. - Design learning and development strategies that align with KDN’s business strategy and priorities - Prepare yearly training plan and roadmap for development-related programs based on needs analysis and ensure execution after stakeholders (LT) approval - Create a training catalogue and ensure training availability for all staff - Drive various leadership development initiatives to build internal leadership that supports the future of KDN - Partner with senior stakeholders from the KDN support functions & business and from KDN's business units to drive our strategic talent development goals, utilizing strong thought leadership, communications and influence skills - Conduct thoughtful needs analyses and research to design programs that build leadership capabilities in the desired way - Lead the L&D team and projects to ensure the effective delivery of curricula, programs, and processes - Oversee and support the knowledge-transfer process of the business - Support the internal trainers community - Build, manage and leverage positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders and peers - Provide functional area expertise to identify, research and resolve complex problems - Workforce shaping for future with digitization strategies
Responsibilities
- Generate excitement and utilization of L&D programs - Ensure that the training programs implemented locally guarantee engagement and a superior employee experience, effective knowledge transfer and skill development - Review and continually develop existing development programs to align with KDN’s fast pace and rate of change - Create regular reports to stakeholders on training activities (on the agreed L&D KPIs) - Measure the success and return on investment of L&D programs - Strategically maximize capabilities, and continuously refresh development content and help employees make the most of learning opportunities - Manage L&D vendor relationships for externally-led programs - Collects training needs and ideas - Prepares, updates and / or coordinates preparation of training materials - Delivers soft skills trainings, facilitates workshops - Ensures training arrangements, communication and follow-up - Training administration and reportings
Requirements
- At least 4 years L&D or HR experience, also trainer / workshop facilitator experience - Proven experience in team and project management - Experience as a trainer and/or in engaging others and being comfortable to make workshops and training courses to different audiences - Experience in working with colleagues at all seniority levels and managing relationships - Enthusiasm and ability to motivate and engage others - Ability to manage complex projects - Ability to improve processes and drive efficiencies - Ability to identify and solve potential problems - Ability to prioritize and multi-task - Excellent communication and organization skills - Teaching, developing skills and supportive attitude - Result oriented - Ability to design and implement programs - Quality focused - Client centricity - Outstanding communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Excellent work ethic, a strong sense of urgency, and attention to detail - Agile, self-directed and able to work independently
