  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations

  • Learn and assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating transportation operations, including route planning, vehicle management, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor daily transport activities to ensure timely and efficient service.

2. Customer Service

  • Interact with customers to understand and resolve service-related queries.
  • Monitor SLA to maintain customer satisfaction.

3. Process Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks in transportation processes and suggest solutions for operational efficiency.
  • Participate in projects focused on optimizing cost, reducing delays, and improving safety standards.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect and analyze data on transport performance, delivery accuracy, and vehicle utilization.

5. Compliance and Safety

  • Learn about regulatory requirements for the transportation industry
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and government regulations.
  • Assist in conducting safety training sessions for staff and drivers.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome and passion to learn in logistic and transportation industry

Skills:

  • Good in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to learning.
  • Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.

*Must have own transport for open to relocation or travel as required by the program
