We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Managers to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will overtake a variety of responsibilities and duties such as training, overseeing food quality, customer service and achieving the Company business goals and targets. The target is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of the restaurant business plan targets.
- Ensure high quality service delivery by staff.
- Ensure effective staffing for the operations.
- Ensure effective planning and proper set-up of the restaurant for business results.
- Ensure effective implementation of all SOPs of the company to achieve the objective of clean restaurant, serving healthy food in a friendly place.
- Ensure effective management of the restaurant to achieve the goals of social purpose, public relations and community sensitivity.
Job Requirements:
- A at least a Diploma/Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in Food and Beverage service with at least 5 years’ experience in managing a Food and Beverage Outlet.
- Possess high standard of customer service and willingness to learn.
- Conscientiousness with analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
