  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Technical Executive is responsible for providing technical support, installation guidance, and after-sales service for sanitary ware products and Tap fittings. This role involves liaising with clients, contractors, and the internal sales team to ensure proper product application, compliance with specifications, and resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to the sales team and customers on product specifications, installation, and usage.
  • Conduct site visits to supervise or assist with installation of sanitary ware products.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and warranty claims with effective solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical training to internal teams, dealers, and clients.
  • Coordinate with R&D and QA teams for product improvements or feedback.
  • Ensure product compliance with local plumbing and sanitary codes/standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and MEP engineers to influence specification and design.
  • Maintain documentation for technical support activities, installations, and service calls.
  • Participate in product testing, certification processes, and quality assurance checks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Plumbing Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical/customer support in the sanitary ware or related industry.
  • Good understanding of plumbing systems, fittings, and sanitary installations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits or customer support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
