We are looking for an experienced Offline Sales Channel Manager to help grow our brand's presence in Malaysia. You will be responsible for developing and managing offline sales channels, building strong relationships with dealers and retailers, and achieving sales targets. You will also explore franchise opportunities, manage key accounts, and lead a team across both markets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage offline sales channels across both markets.
- Build strong partnerships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Lead business negotiations and manage key accounts.
- Drive regional sales strategies and meet growth targets.
- Explore franchise opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Stay ahead of market trends and support new product launches.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in offline channel development and sales management.
- Strong negotiation skills and market insight.
- Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally.
- Based in or familiar with Malaysia/Singapore market landscape.
