
Business Development Team Lead
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage the Team: Oversee and mentor a team of business development
professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure team members
meet their performance goals and contribute to overall company growth.
- Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement business development
strategies to identify new opportunities, expand the company’s market presence, and
drive revenue growth in target industries.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key
clients and prospects, understanding their needs and positioning the company’s
products/services to align with those needs for long-term partnerships.
- Identify and Pursue New Markets: Conduct market research to identify emerging
trends, competitor activity, and untapped market segments, then leverage this
information to develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing,
product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on business objectives,
promotional strategies, and service offerings.
- Track and Report on KPIs: Monitor and evaluate team performance, tracking key
performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular reports on progress, challenges,
and areas for improvement to senior management.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead high-level negotiations with potential clients,
securing new business agreements and closing deals that contribute to achieving
company revenue targets.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
