Trainer (TTT Certification)
JOB SUMMARY
Provide skills training to Outlets, evaluate the performance of outlet employees, obtain feedback from training conducted, update learning, completed documentation and assist in preparing Training Centre reports.
Job Responsibilities: -
1. Responsible for designing, developing and delivering internal training programs and materials for store operations to employees including customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge and operational procedures.
2. Assess the progress of employees and provide constructive feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement.
3. Train, motivate, supervise, communicate and evaluate employees according to operational policies.
4. Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and results.
5. Liaising with Management: Collaborate with management of operation and department heads to identify training needs and ensure alignment between training efforts and business objectives.
6. Make preparations in terms of teaching and learning materials and learning equipment needed throughout the training period and improve learning materials from time to time.
7. Collaborate with administration, superiors, trainers and other departments for the management of the training center.
8. Ensure that the post-training documents are completed for making HRD Corp claims.
9. Assist the Head of Trainer in managing the Training Centre Department and other tasks as directed by superiors and management.
Job Requirement: -
- Minimum Education Requirement: Diploma in a related field.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in retail management, teaching, or related field.
- Teaching Certification: Teaching Skills Certificate to demonstrate the ability to instruct and train individuals or groups.
- Train The Trainer (· Minimum Education Requirement: Diploma in a related field.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to prepare training materials, performance reports and presentations.
· Teamwork Skills, Communication Skills, Professional Appearance, Coaching and Leadership Skills, Strategic and Creative Thinking : A qualification to provide professional training to employees or participants.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
