DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -
- Responsible to maintain optimum level of finished goods stocks, materials & packaging all the time
- To carry out quality checking during packing process to ensure quality, weight accuracy, labelling are in order all the time.
- Monitor stock level & replenish for materials, packaging & parts when necessary to maintain above minimum order level.
- To prepare purchase requisition for office & store equipment, tools, upkeep & parts for trucks/forklift's repair & maintenance.
- To monitor & ensure incoming stock from suppliers are all in good order in term of quantity & quality.
- To monitor during truck loading process to ensure stock are all load correctly and practice FIFO.

- Attend to HALAL, MeSTI, KPDNHEP, MPOB audit and ensure in compliance with audit requirement & all record updates all the time.
- To manage and control the leaves records & overtime and ensure sufficient manpower to perform the loading/unloading & deliveries works as planned by logistic at all time.
- Monitor & identify the problem of stock returns, prepare slow moving stocks list to discuss & highlight to related dept to resolve the problem.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
