Duties & Responsibilities

To be responsible in providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service and to undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by the Management.

  • To lead Reservations Agent’s Team and ensure their tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • To work closely with other department especially Front Office and Sales department on request of bookings or special arrangement from guests or group
  • To be well-versed in all reservations handling and process, understand room inventory control and proficient in operating the various reservations systems
  • To be familiar with hotel’s policies and procedures (SOP).
  • To be well-versed with the facilities and services offered by the hotel and ability to upsell
  • To “master” the room product in terms of rates, room details.
  • To be well knowledge of Rates Structure - corporate, government, travel agent, OTAs rates and etc. in order to provide accurate deals / packages to guest.
  • To be familiar with the hotel’s credit policies to effectively handle and process billing requirements.
  • To carry out any ad hoc tasks or additional duties given from time to time by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
