  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose

To oversee, lead, and improve the overall logistics and transport operations for the assigned region. This role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective logistics execution while meeting all regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day fleet and transportation operations (scheduling, dispatching, routing, delivery).
  • Lead and monitor the operations team including traffic controllers, drivers, and support staff.
  • Maintain high operational performance — including on-time delivery, fuel efficiency, driver compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute preventive measures for fleet breakdowns, route delays, and safety violations.
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Safety, Compliance, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Ensure strict adherence to APAD, JPJ, PUSPAKOM, and all regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyze delivery performance, fuel consumption, and vehicle utilization — provide regular performance reports and improvement plans.
  • Oversee documentation such as delivery notes, consignment bills, permits, and related records.
  • Implement and improve SOPs for logistics and warehouse functions.
  • Address and resolve any on-ground issues, customer complaints, or emergency cases effectively.
