Job Description:
- Destination Research & Itinerary Creation: Research destinations, develop itineraries, negotiate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, activity providers), and create engaging program themes while managing budgets in collaboration with the sales team.
- Travel & Logistics Coordination: Book flights, accommodations, arrange transportation, coordinate meals and activities, handle visa applications (if necessary), and ensure smooth execution of the program on-site.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their preferences, provide updates, manage expectations, address concerns, and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Budget & Financial Management: Develop and manage program budgets, track expenses, negotiate favorable rates with suppliers, process invoices, prepare post-trip reports, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the program.
Requirements:
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of travel destinations and logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Sales skills and the ability to upsell tour packages.
- Proficient in MS Office
