Full job description

Job Description:

  • Destination Research & Itinerary Creation: Research destinations, develop itineraries, negotiate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, activity providers), and create engaging program themes while managing budgets in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Travel & Logistics Coordination: Book flights, accommodations, arrange transportation, coordinate meals and activities, handle visa applications (if necessary), and ensure smooth execution of the program on-site.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their preferences, provide updates, manage expectations, address concerns, and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Develop and manage program budgets, track expenses, negotiate favorable rates with suppliers, process invoices, prepare post-trip reports, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the program.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the travel or tourism industry
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of travel destinations and logistics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Sales skills and the ability to upsell tour packages.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Location: Chow Kit
