  • Overseeing restaurant operations to optimize profits and maintain high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Managing inventory, ordering, and cash handling including bank-ins and petty cash approvals.
  • Supervising and training staff (Assistant Managers, Trainees, Supervisors) with support from the Training Manager.
  • Monitoring payroll, scheduling, and HR tasks (hiring, onboarding, resignations).
  • Ensuring proper food handling, portion control, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.
  • Implementing energy conservation and pest control measures.
  • Conducting staff meetings, performance evaluations, and job rotations.
  • Reviewing promotions and collecting customer feedback.
  • Delegating tasks to develop leadership while retaining accountability.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).

-At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
