Accounting Clerk cum Admin Execuitve
Benar Sejagat ventures as a property developer to fulfil the growing demands of the property market. Today, we have operations across Melaka and Negeri Sembilan to serve our property purchasers. Our team is seeking a driven Accounting Clerk cum Admin Executive to assist our Board of Director. Chosen candidates will be remunerated by an attractive payroll package.
This is a key position in Benar Sejagat group to ensure the General Ledger (GL) function is up to high standards. The chosen candidate should develop the GL team while playing the role of change catalyst in the group.
Responsibilities:
Achieving General Ledger KPIs and constantly improving GL processes
Efficiently manage key GL functions like cost, compliance, and quality
Educate, inspire, develop and coach GL team members to drive operational excellence
Perform month-end variance explanations
Track the KPI/Operation matrix for reporting
Classifying expenses, prepayments, cross quarter reservations etc.
Directly report to Company Director
Job Requirements:
Holding a Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications
Familiar with compliance in audit, taxation and company secretary compliance, payroll authorities
Minimum 2 years of finance and accounting experience
High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance
Working hour 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri))
Possesses own vehicle. Provide Free parking
