Are you someone who is passionate in sales, and enjoy interacting with different people? Join Info-Tech Systems Integrators as a Business Development Executive/Manager (LMS Software) and be part of a dynamic team of the award-winning/top leading HRMS software! With a primary focus on early and high growth in LMS solutions to all business clients, you will oversee maximizing outbound activity and owning the sales process from obtaining leads from our sales admin and prospecting through onboarding.
Work Location: Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
What You'll Do:
- Understand customer needs and present LMS solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the features and benefits of LMS solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing and convert them into sales.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of LMS solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Submit sales reports to Management in a timely and orderly manner.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, or conferences on behalf of the company to promote LMS solutions.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from your Management.
What We're Looking For:
- The applicant must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Good communication skills and able to speak fluent English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- At least 1 year(s) of Sales experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Basic knowledge of Training, Sales of LMS Software is an added advantage.
- Good relationship building and networking with clients.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel around regional hub to continuously grow the business.
- Must possess your own transport to meet clients on site if necessary.
