About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing team at Rival Physio, PT and Recovery' in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming experience for our clients, while also handling administrative duties to support the smooth running of our physiotherapy and recovery practice.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

  • Scheduling appointments and managing the booking system

  • Handling client payments and maintaining accurate financial records

  • Ensuring the reception area and waiting room are well-presented and tidy

  • Providing general administrative support, such as filing and data entry

  • Assisting the clinical team with any other tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in using computer systems and office software
