About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing team at Rival Physio, PT and Recovery' in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming experience for our clients, while also handling administrative duties to support the smooth running of our physiotherapy and recovery practice.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
Scheduling appointments and managing the booking system
Handling client payments and maintaining accurate financial records
Ensuring the reception area and waiting room are well-presented and tidy
Providing general administrative support, such as filing and data entry
Assisting the clinical team with any other tasks as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using computer systems and office software
A genuine interest in health and wellness, and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
