Communication & Reporting: Effectively communicate with leadership, team members, and stakeholders. Generate reports and ensure all team members follow established processes. 4. Process Improvement: Establish and maintain efficient workflows, ensuring teams adhere to best practices in project execution. 5. Technical Proficiency: Utilize project management tools such as Excel, Clickup, or similar platforms to track progress and manage tasks. 6. Business & Analytical Skills: Understand business concepts and processes to provide strategic insights and improve efficiency. 7. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between leadership and technical teams, translating high-level objectives into detailed action plans for developers. 8. Travel & Meeting Coordination: Manage the executive calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology-related field. 2. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies. 3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 4.
