Key responsibilities: • Leading a team of purchasing admins and delegate tasks across departments when necessary • Managing overall direction, coordination and evaluation of procurement for the organization • Creating policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) for risk management and mitigation • Research and evaluate areas of opportunity to improve all delivery of material efficiency between branches and to suppliers, final aim is to reduce costs where possible. • Ensuring the quality of products or services by monitoring suppliers’ performance and making recommendations for improvement. • Inspecting items that have been delivered to ensure they are in good condition and that they match the specifications with the PO • Generate procedures and ensure proper control of inventory and maintain appropriate stock level in store at HQ {Alor Setar] and in stores at other Audiolab branches. • Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, enhance business performance, and drive continuous improvement. • Onboard new staff to HRC systems, policies, processes, and procedures related to Audiolab store. • Source, select & negotiate with suppliers based on cost, quality & delivery to obtain the best value for goods & services in line with department timelines. • Manage purchasing process from purchase requisition, purchase orders to delivery, ensuring timely availability of all required items. • Coordinate with suppliers on delivery, non- conforming parts & warranty claims (if needed). • Delivery & maintain strong relationships with suppliers & oversee suppliers on time delivery & quality performance. • Other duties & assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time. Qualifications & experience • Bachelor degree in Business studies/Supply Chain related field or equivalent experience. • At least 1 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management. • Candidate with healthcare knowledge or experience is and added advantage • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skill & attention to details. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines. • Ability to work well in a team Working Hours at Audiolab Are as Follows: • 5 days a week. • Working hours: 08:45 am to 05:30 pm. • Lunch break: 1 hour. • Public holidays as per Audiolab calendar.
