Job Responsibilities: - Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily activities and ensure smooth operations while maintaining client records accurately. - Client Communication & Billing: Handle invoicing, follow up on payments, and communicate effectively with clients. - Company Incorporation & Striking-Off Assistance: Provide support for incorporating new companies and assisting with the striking-off process. - Document Preparation: Prepare and file board resolutions, AGM/EGM documents, and ACRA forms such as Share Transfers and Changes in Officers. - Maintain Statutory Records: Ensure that statutory records, registers, and documents required under the Companies Act are up-to-date and compliant. - Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as required by the team or management.
