  • Client Engagement & Sales
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp or walk-ins.
    • Meet with clients to understand their event needs and propose suitable hall packages.
    • Conduct site visits and venue tours with potential clients.
    • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and event packages.
    • Sales Process Management
      • Follow up actively with prospects to close sales.
      • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, bookings, and payments.
      • Ensure proper documentation such as booking forms, contracts, and invoices are completed.
      • Customer Relationship Management
        • Build strong rapport with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
        • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the event.
        • Coordinate with clients on event requirements, themes, timelines, and special requests.
        • Coordination & Support
          • Liaise with internal departments (operations, kitchen, decoration, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution.
          • Attend key events when necessary to oversee setup or support the client.
          • Sales & Marketing Activities
            • Assist in promoting the hall packages via social media or during bridal fairs and exhibitions.
            • Share insights with the marketing team to improve offers, pricing, or promotional strategies.
            • Reporting & Targets
              • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
              • Prepare sales reports and feedback on client trends or competitor movements.
  • Working Hours

    Monday – Rest Day (Off Day) Tuesday to Friday – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday – 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    ️ Working hours may vary based on event or wedding schedules.

    The work location is around Kuala Lumpur & Selangor.

    Job Requirements: Sales Executive (Wedding Hall / Event)

    1. Qualifications & Experience:

    • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management or equivalent.• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the events, catering, or hospitality industry.

    2. Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills (in both Bahasa Malaysia & English).• Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues.• Highly motivated, sales-driven, and result-oriented.• Good time management and capable of multitasking.• Knowledge in social media marketing is an added advantage.

    3. Job Understanding:

    • Able to handle customer inquiries, arrange site visits, and propose suitable packages.• Skilled in following up with clients to successfully close deals.• Familiar with preparing quotations, contracts, and liaising with the operations team.• Basic understanding of event flow, such as solemnizations (akad nikah), wedding receptions, etc.

    4. Personality:

    • Presentable and well-groomed appearance.• Positive attitude and strong interest in the wedding/event industry.• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

    5. Availability:

    • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (depending on event/wedding schedule).

    6. Others:

    • Own transport and willing to travel to the hall/location when needed.• Proficient in basic computer usage such as Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM systems.

    Advantageous if experienced in using digital receipt and quotation systems.
