Supply Chain and Logistics: o Oversee the post-harvest handling, storage, and transportation of crops. o Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and distributors to ensure efficient product delivery and market competitiveness. 6. Maintenance of Equipment and Infrastructure: o Ensure that all machinery, tools, and infrastructure are properly maintained and serviced regularly. o Develop maintenance schedules and manage repairs when necessary to avoid disruptions in farm activities. 7. Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain accurate records of farm activities, crop performance, labor, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). o Prepare regular reports for management on farm performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
