About the Role: Esync Software Services is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and grow our IT Managed Services, Consulting, Project Services, and In-house Development offerings. You will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, proposal handling, and supporting the end-to-end client acquisition process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls and outbound reach-outs to generate leads for the company. Promote Esync’s services such as: IT Managed Services Consulting Services Project-based IT Solutions In-house Software/Application Development Network Maintenance and Support Understand client needs and propose suitable IT talent or service offerings. Share suitable CVs to clients and coordinate interviews with PIC (Person-in-Charge). Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the interview process. Prepare and send client quotations, MSA (Master Service Agreement), TOB (Terms of Business), and related documents. Manage and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective clients. Ensure all leads and client interactions are documented accurately. Work towards quarterly sales and business targets provided by Esync. Coordinate internally with the recruitment and technical teams to fulfill client requirements. Schedule follow-ups with clients and provide timely updates Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT services industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Confident in cold calling, lead generation, and client follow-up. Understanding of IT roles and services is an advantage. Familiarity with service contracts and proposal documents like MSA/TOB is a plus.
