JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Job Function:
- Responsible for Corporate Vaccine business development activities to expand Influvac sales and other EPD portfolio products (where applicable) by executing effective business and sales strategies.
- Secure EPD vaccine corporate sales targets achievement by executing sales & marketing activities, liaising with high key stakeholders to ensure that vaccine sales strategies are applied effectively
Core Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Implement sales strategies to promote flu vaccination programs to corporate & institutional clients [private corporations, third-party administrators (TPA), private health insurance (PHI), NGOs, community outreach and other potential clients]
- Identify potential clients, including businesses, schools, and organizations, and establish partnerships
- Understand client needs, generate insights to tailor solutions accordingly to fulfill client needs
- Leverage data-driven insights to maintain accurate forecasting, track pipeline progression, and enhance deal execution
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on vaccination program outcomes.
- Lead service presentation to corporate & institutional clients
Program Customization & Coordination
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to design customized vaccination plans for clients.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site vaccination clinics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during program implementation.
Marketing & Promotion
- Organize events, webinars, and presentations to educate clients about flu prevention and vaccination.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports for management, including sales metrics and client feedback.
Minimum Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and client needs
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site program coordination
- Knowledge of flu vaccination protocols and public health guidelines is a plus
