  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Campaign Support:

  • Aid in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, email, in-store). Track performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Assist in design of marketing plan before the next financial year commence

Social Media Management:

  • Schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor metrics on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Continuously craft compelling contents for XHS and TikTok  Study and analyze performance of budgeted social media, report on a monthly basis the number of o Page visit o Clicks o Likes & comments  Manage social media inboxes and coordinate/communicate with relevant personnel accordingly

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with designers/agencies on visuals and videos highlighting products and brand stories.
  • Engage personnel with adequate image to promote our brands on social media
  • Market Research:  Analyze trends in coffee/food sectors and competitor strategies.
  • Propose & create mechanisms to enhance online shopping experience, in the context of after sales support

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing tastings, pop-ups, and partnerships.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, vendor communications, and inventory for marketing materials.
  • Co-ordinate, arrange and manage all printed materials inventory. Including cost, storage space and ordering schedule

Reporting:

  • Prepare reports on campaign metrics and social media insights.
  • Minimum education is Secondary School
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 0–2 years of experience (internships included), experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
  • Basic design skills (Adobe Illustrator or equivalent).
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for coffee, food, and community-building.
  • Experience with wordpress or equivalent is a plus
  • Photography/video editing skills.
