  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade, high-performance web applications and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, content strategists, and digital marketers. Key Responsibilities 1. High-Fidelity Website UI/UX Design • Develop pixel-perfect, responsive, and interactive website interfaces aligned with user behavior insights and brand guidelines. • Utilize Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent to create wireframes, prototypes, and UI components optimized for multi-platform use. • Implement advanced typography, grid systems, and design tokens to establish scalable design systems. • Conduct accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and usability audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. 2. Front-End Engineering & Component-Based Architecture • Convert UI/UX designs into modular, maintainable, and scalable front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. • Implement CSS methodologies (BEM, OOCSS, SMACSS) to ensure scalable and maintainable styling structures. • Develop reusable UI components using React.js, Vue.js, or Svelte, integrating seamlessly with headless CMS or static site generators. • Optimize DOM rendering, reflow, and repaint to achieve high-performance UI interactions. • Ensure progressive enhancement and graceful degradation, supporting legacy browsers when required. 3. Performance Optimization & Core Web Vitals Compliance • Optimize front-end assets for Lighthouse performance scores, including efficient asset loading, lazy loading, and caching mechanisms. • Implement critical CSS and asynchronous JavaScript loading to minimize blocking render time. • Utilize Next.js, Nuxt.js, or Astro for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) to enhance performance and SEO. • Reduce Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) and First Input Delay (FID) by implementing best practices in layout stability. 4. Technical SEO & Web Accessibility • Develop SEO-optimized markup structures, including semantic HTML, structured data (JSON-LD), and Open Graph metadata. • Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and dynamic rendering for search engine indexing optimization. • Ensure WCAG-compliant interfaces, including ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility. 5. CMS Integration & Customization • Design and develop custom WordPress themes/plugins or Webflow/Shopify templates with PHP, Liquid, or custom JavaScript logic. • Configure and extend headless CMS solutions (Contentful, Strapi, Sanity) for scalable content architecture. • Implement GraphQL or RESTful API integrations for dynamic content rendering. 6. Continuous Deployment & Web Maintenance • Maintain version-controlled workflows (Git/GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) for all front-end codebases. • Set up automated CI/CD pipelines for web deployments, utilizing tools such as Vercel, Netlify, or AWS Amplify. • Conduct regular penetration testing and security audits to prevent common web vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection). Required Technical Expertise Minimum 6+ years of experience in website design, front-end development, and UX/UI optimization. Mastery of CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap) and pre-processors (SASS/LESS). Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, Svelte, or equivalent). Experience working with headless CMS architectures and server-side rendering (Next.js/Nuxt.js). Deep knowledge of performance profiling and debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, WebPageTest, Lighthouse, GTmetrix).
