- Utilize multiple recruitment channels to actively source and attract top talent
- Coordinate interviews, follow up on the recruitment process, and provide timely feedback
- Maintain and expand the talent pool to ensure continuous talent supply
- Submit regular recruitment progress reports and assist in optimizing recruitment strategies and processes
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Diploma or above in Human Resource Management or related fields preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment agency or platform
- Strong communication and coordination skills, good judgment, and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work under pressure and demonstrate strong team spirit
- Familiar with social media recruitment and online talent sourcing platforms, with the initiative to expand talent channels
