  • Perform data entry using SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll Software.
  • Perform bank reconciliation.
  • Perform accounting and general administrative duties such as receipts, payment, invoicing is correctly update to the accounting system.
  • Provide accounting assistance to external auditors on the annual audit.
  • Ensure the utility bills -electricity, water, parking, petrol card, telephone and internet are paid on time.
  • Maintaining employee records and to ensure all staff information is up to date.
  • Ensure proper filing of accounting document.
  • Assists with annual audit exercises for the company.
  • Any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in related department.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently with positive attitude, resourceful and dynamic team player.
  • Familiar with SQL accounting software.
