- Perform data entry using SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll Software.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Perform accounting and general administrative duties such as receipts, payment, invoicing is correctly update to the accounting system.
- Provide accounting assistance to external auditors on the annual audit.
- Ensure the utility bills -electricity, water, parking, petrol card, telephone and internet are paid on time.
- Maintaining employee records and to ensure all staff information is up to date.
- Ensure proper filing of accounting document.
- Assists with annual audit exercises for the company.
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related department.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with positive attitude, resourceful and dynamic team player.
- Familiar with SQL accounting software.
