Job Overview / Summary: You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement for a food manufacturing company in Malaysia. You will have a strong understanding of brand management and be able to develop and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate the company's brand message and values. Key role and responsibilities: 1. To assist in planning and implementing brand campaigns and activations according to the stipulated timeline to meet marketing objectives. 2. Coordinate closely with internal teams and external agencies by rolling out all branding and marketing materials effectively. 3. Ensure brand consistency across all communication and touchpoints. 4. To assist in formulating marketing plans, new product launches and relaunches. 5. To support in handling local & export packaging updates, translations, coordinating mock-ups, artworks and production timelines. 6. Conduct market research or trade surveys monthly to investigate and keep abreast of competitor activities, market trends and keep managers/company informed of such activities for proactive actions. 7. Working closely with digital agencies for social contents, track online campaign performance and community engagement. 8. Help organize on-ground activities includes sampling, POSM development, and in-store activities. 9. Conduct presentation of promotional plans to sales team and production personnel when required. 10. Possess quotations and invoices and assist in tracking brand’s A&P budget and reporting spending. 11. Develop and implement effective branding strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales. 12. Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand standards. 13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and operations to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies. 14. To work on projects or special assignments assigned by HOD.
