Sales & Business Development • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy sector. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. • Generate leads and follow up on potential solar system projects. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients. 2. Technical Consultation & Solution Design • Assess customer energy needs and recommend suitable solar power solutions. • Provide technical expertise on solar panels, inverters, batteries, and installation processes. • Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability. • Work with design and engineering teams to create customized solar solutions. 3. Proposal & Quotation Management • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates and system specifications. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. 4. Project Coordination & Support • Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of solar installations. • Monitor project progress and address any technical or logistical issues. • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and maintenance guidance. 5. Market Research & Industry Trends • Stay updated on solar technology advancements, industry trends, and competitor activities. • Provide insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies. • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote solar solutions. 6. Job Requirement: • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. • Knowledge in Building Management System and Solar System will be an advantage • Good written and communication skills. • Possess own transportation and willing to travel if required. • Ability to start work immediately would be added advantage. • Required language : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (advantage)
