Manager, Business IT Support
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to join our team, focusing on the critical support and development of loan applications. This role involves close collaboration with Business Units and IT to gather and analyze user requirements, ensuring the applications meet business needs. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive test plans and scopes for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and related tests, as well as providing crucial first-level support and troubleshooting for Loans and CIF applications. Furthermore, the individual will be responsible for creating training materials and conducting training sessions for system applications as needed, ensuring smooth user adoption and efficient system utilization.
This role reports to the Manager of Business IT Support.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT and Business teams to assess and confirm the thoroughness and viability of user requirements.
  • Oversee and track User Acceptance Testing and associated tests for Loans applications, verifying adherence to User Requirement Specifications, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain and update documentation, including User Manuals, for both users and the team, related to Loans applications.
  • Organize and collaborate with users and IT to ensure testing and related tasks are completed on time and according to plan.
  • Promote ongoing improvement, learning, and knowledge sharing among team members.

Jobholder Requirements
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • SPM / STPM / ‘A’ levels qualification holder or equivalent.
  • Relevant Diploma / Degree in Banking / Accounting / Business Information Systems or similar.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a Financial Institution especially in credit or branch operations.
  • At least 3 years of project planning and execution experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. AS400 Query utility.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to order, quality, and accuracy, and possess excellent relationship-building skills.
