Job description & Responsibility • Involved in design, develop, and deliver training programs by assessing employee training needs and develop training plans to meet those needs. • Identifying training opportunities within outlets of responsibility and devising recommendations to improve operational performance and business results through training. • Coordinating and delivering in-house training programs for operation, including product (seasonal launch and product specific), induction, company profile, customer service, selling techniques and operational training. • In collaboration with all departmental & Operation Management map out training plans for individual employees. • Facilitating learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom training and one on one coaching, including hands-on exercises, lectures, and multimedia presentations, to deliver training content. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement based on outlet visitation. • Management of training administration (ie maintaining training records, training material etc). Job Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred • Strong communication skills and good in English and Bahasa. Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage. • Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership • Willing to work in Cyberjaya Selangor.
