Packaging Executive

Job Desription:  Regular communication and liaison with clients at senior level.  Generating accurate reports and status notifications.  Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients.  Monitoring competitors and reviewing employer’s offering in light competitor’s developments.  Continually developing services and building increasing awareness in the market place  Managing proposals, submission and bids.  To manage overall marketing of Business Unit. Find new opportunity & to monitor all opportunities closely every week.  To update Senior Manager weekly on progress of opportunity in the pipeline.  Responsible for preparing Technical & Commercial proposal for Business unit.  Strategize on winning projects; e.g. accomplishing new and different request; exploring opportunities to add value to Business unit services.  Responsible to assist Senior Manager in yearly corporate business planning preparation.  Develop competitive pricing strategies while build and expand strong rapport across the industry.  Oversee the division’s P&L and cash flow while ensure adequate staffing and resources to meet demand.  Put in place strategic financial planning as well as 5-years CAPEX planning.  Conduct high engaging business presentation to potential clients to secure lucrative contracts.  Determine strategies for potential project while appoint project manager to oversee the executions.  Identify opportunities and gaps while conceive innovative solutions in securing new contracts.  Monitor work performance while initiate improvement plans to ensure excellent quality and cost efficiency of Schedule Waste movement.  Coordinate and manage the order cycle and information systems while negotiate with customers and suppliers.  Put in place and review operating standards covering quality as well as Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). Ensure staff welfare while manage training and motivate the team to instill high morale.  To ensure Scheduled Waste Packaging comply with DOE requirements.  Provided hands on supervision in managing packaging team.  Provided hands on supervision in managing the tank cleaning activities.  Performed work scheduling and manpower allocation while ensured effective equipment utilization as well as adequate materials to ensure on time work delivery.  Monitor work performance while initiate improvement plans to ensure excellent quality and cost efficiency of Schedule Waste movement.  Put in place and review operating standards covering quality as well as Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).  Responsible for preparing costing and quotation for Business unit.  Generating accurate reports and status notifications.  Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients.  To follow up payment from customer.  To conduct site visit.
