Lead customer service and technical staff to achieve customer satisfaction, assist customers in solving problems, learn and train other colleagues on new and old products, and assist in optimizing company processes

  • Able to write and speak Mandarin, English and Malay, good at communication
  • Proven experience in technical support, particularly with AutoCount POS systems or similar accounting/POS software.
  • Strong understanding of POS hardware, networking, and software configuration.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware (printers, barcode scanners, etc.) and software issues. Knowledge of databases (e.g., Autocount) and experience with system integrations.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage and guide junior technicians.
  • Excellent communication skills for both client interaction and internal coordination.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications related to AutoCount, networking, or system administration are a plus.
