Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development – Identify and secure new B2B opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Account Management – Maintain and grow key accounts through upselling and excellent service.
- Client Engagement – Build strong networks and multi-level client relationships.
- Sales Execution – Manage sales orders, prepare quotes, and track activities via CRM.
- Project Coordination – Oversee timelines, sample deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
- Payment Follow-up – Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Content Creation – Develop engaging B2B content for LinkedIn, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, etc.
- Campaign Management – Execute digital campaigns using platforms like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Market Insight – Stay updated on trends and competitor activity to guide marketing and sales strategies.
- Platform Management – Maintain brand presence across digital platforms and company website.
- Performance Tracking – Monitor campaign performance and adjust based on data insights.
Ad-hoc Assignments – Lead or support special projects as assigned by management from time to time.
- Technical Background – Educational or work experience in mechanical engineering, Knowledge in Carbon Fibre, or related technical fields.
- Knowledge in the plastic, furniture or composite industry preferred
- Sales Experience – At least 2 years of experience in technical or solution-based sales.
- Project Execution Skills – Proven ability to manage and follow through on complex projects with strong organizational skills.
